Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Social Media & Content Associate located in Tangerang. The role involves planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, monitoring performance metrics, interacting with followers, and ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with the creative team to amplify the studio's online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills for engaging and authentic brand representation
  • Experience with managing Social Media channels, such as content scheduling, analytics, and audience interaction
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
