**General Responsibilities**:

- The Driller is responsible for supervising and carrying out the drilling and well control and other work in connection with the drilling operations.
- The Driller is in charge of a safe operation of the drilling control system; draw works; pipe handling systems; mud circulating systems; and Blow-out prevention (BOP) equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in the operating procedures.
- The Driller is in charge of the drill crew and ensures the safe completion of all operations on the drill floor including daily preventative maintenance of all equipment.
- Supervises, coordinates, trains, evaluates the performance of the drill crew.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Well Control Certificate at Supervisor Level issued by IWCF
- Cyber base / Amphion experienced is required
- A minimum of 10 years of oilfield experience with at least 5 years in similar capacity
- OPITO approved Offshore Survival Certificate including HUET
