**About the role**:
In this role, you will:

- Monitor all logistic activities (in & out) equipment, exchange component & goods at Batam Rebuild Facilities
- Monitor lifting activities including to provide lifting study for high-risk lifting
- Monitor lead time delivery / shipment including reporting to meet KPI
- Ensure all logistic activities are safely & comply to procedure
- Monitor & control loading & unloading (in/out) equipment & exchange component at port are safely & comply with port authority regulation
- Monitor & control all operational & administrative aspect of export import activities
- Expedite & coordinate equipment & exchange component on world wide basis to assure all shipment/delivery meet shipment date to meet project schedule & cost efficiency
- Monitor & to ensure company legal certificate related with export import & customs facility are still valid (up todate (i.e: NIK, PPH Exemption, temporary import permit doc., Master List, etc)
- Regularly monitor freight forwarding & shipping line provider to meet project schedule in order to ensure no major disruption to project operations

**About you**:

- Having logistic work experience intensively & especially with sea freight forwarding & shipping line provider
- Having experience related with lifting study for high-risk lifting
- Having experience working with port authority & comply port authority regulation
- Understand Indonesia Customs Regulation
- Understand International Trade & Freight INCOTERM 2010
- Understand & having deep knowledge of HS Code & including interpretation
- Understand & having deep knowledge of Marine Cargo Insurance
- Experience in Customs Audit
- Bachelor's degree (S1), Finance or Having Diploma Graduate related with Customs
- Minimum three up to five years' work in logistic & customs clearance field.
- PPJK Certification mandatory.
- Others certificate related with Port Regulation
- Certificate related with lifting study
- Understand & Familiar working with D-base (JDE, SAP, etc)
