Kualifikasi:
Pria / Wanita usia minimum 21 th, S1 atau sederajat, berpengalaman mínimal 1 tahun di bidang marketing, futures, komoditas, keuangan, asuransi, investasi atau di sektor finance lainnya lebih diprioritaskan. Berpenampilan menarik, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, jujur dan berintegritas tinggi, kreatif dan inisiatif, tidak gaptek dan memahami media sosial, mampu berinteraksi dan membangun networking, memiliki kualitas leadership dan bisa membangun team. Berorientasi pada kinerja dan pencapaian target yang jelas. Memiliki komitmen yang kuat dalam menjalani proses untuk meraih keberhasilan.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Mampu membangun team, menyusun rencana kerja, recruitment, supervisi dan evaluasi kinerja team, membantu team untuk mencapai target.
Mengelola Portofolio Bisnis dan Investasi
Membantu nasabah mengembangkan portofolio investasi
Memberi analisa tentang pergerakan pasar
Memberikan solusi atas setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi nasabah
Membuat presentasi bisnis, edukasi nasabah, follow up dan melakukan reporting / pelaporan kinerja.
