Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Food Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible to ensure food safety, quality system, and consumer-focus quality terms in the factory is in place so the products that are released are safe to be consumed in many aspects (microbiology, chemically, and physically) and set system to ensure hygiene behavior are in place in the factory. This function also responsible to monitor complain, establish good coordination with customer service and coordinate responds complaint to customer.

**A day of life of**
- Ensure food safety system are applied throughout production process to avoid chemical, physical, and microbiological issue
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and hygiene are applied on the personnel and environment throughout production process to avoid microbiological issue
- Ensure safe workplace and safe way of works.
- Support production process by giving insight on risk of chemical, physical, and microbiological hazard
- Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance & implementation consistently Coaching and implement GMP Visual Standard to all department in the factory
- Validate and review pathogen monitoring plan including evaluation and data interpretation, and responsible for Integrated Pest Management
- Ensuring Sensory Evaluation Practices in factory align with Nestle Guideline as well as evaluate and maintain factory panelist performance regularly
- Develop Keeping Quality sampling plan and analysis of Keeping Quality Test result
- Ensure implementation of net content control system as per Nestle Guideline, update Target Net Content (TNC) in yearly basis based on historical data, and compile historical data to calculate TNC
- Coordinate complain handling feedback, coordinate root cause analysis and generation of corrective and preventive action for each consumer complaint and generate complain feedback report
- Develop and establish Product Norm, develop Consumer Oriented QMS and ensure its implementation
- Provide Inspection Plan in Master Recipe, maintain Material Master (QM View through workflow), support new product development & system trial, and monitor Globe Health Check and GFI Score

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Has strong leadership and analytics skill
- Having experience in implementing Quality Assurance program
- Passionate in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Fluent in English both oral & written
