**Responsibilities**:

- Manning and handling call, inquire, feedback from guests and members professionally
- Prospects for qualified leads and create traffic through mailers, referrals, outreach etc
- Determine prospect’s goals and motivation and ensure updated product knowledge at all times including all the benefits, facilities and services offered by your club.
- To conduct club tour for a new member
- Completed all new member contracts in accordance with company standards and communicate all rules and regulations of the club to all members
- Ensure you meet all goals and targets specified on a daily and monthly basis
- Plan and execute sales campaign to achieve and surpass monthly target in lines with the company objectives to maximise retention of our members
- Provide quality service to existing and potential customers

**Service Consultant**

Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and support. **Combine** **good** product knowledge with **exceptional** customer focus to drive sales and satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions. Your ability to articulate the value of our offerings and guide clients through their fitness journey will be crucial. You'll build strong relationships and ensure ongoing customer success. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and create a positive member experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
