Role Description

The Membership Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include engaging with potential members, explaining membership benefits, and providing excellent customer service to assist members in achieving their fitness goals. The role involves managing membership sales activities, working closely with the team to meet sales targets, and providing a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall member experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Membership Sales and Membership management.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting member relationships.
  • Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving abilities to address member queries and concerns.
  • Experience in Sales and meeting sales targets effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide proactive support to members.
  • A passion for fitness and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in the fitness industry or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
