Job description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall website visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO management platforms. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media and SEO efforts, including reach, engagement, website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and create a database of prospective clients or customers.
- Implement and manage SEM campaigns, including PPC advertising, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
- Optimize ads across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media, to ensure high ROI and effective lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve SEO, SEM, and advertising strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in lead generation strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
