**Responsibilities**

Accounting Role:

- Support accounting operations, and supervise proper verification and documentation of invoices, tax invoices, and others.
- Closely work with the finance team for month-end closing, quarterly closing, and annual closing activities, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
- Support asset, liability, and capital account entry preparation by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Support Head of Regional Finance to do reconciliation of balance sheets accounts.
- Manage to ensure the timely reporting and filing of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and tax filing.
- Support and facilitate with the Head of the Regional Finance/Audit Firm for all internal and external audits
- If needed, deal with external parties, banks, external auditors, and tax authorities to resolve financial/ accounting issues.
- Make sure to vouch and keep the finance-related documents in the proper box files.

Finance Role:

- Help Regional Finance Manager in the areas.
- Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities such as account payables, account receivables, company petty cash and payments.
- Participate and ensure the proper financial planning and budgeting process.
- Ensure local tax compliance and report to the line manager for any update relating to the local tax law that Vero needs to know.
- Produce timely management reports with business insights and recommendations to the management.
- Responds to inquiries from the Managing Director, Finance, Administrative, and other managers regarding financial results and special reporting requests (if any)

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or in a related field (licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) would be great)
- An advantage is an adequate skill in a computer program (Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.) and relevant accounting programs.
- Having experience with Power BI is a plus.
- At least 05 years in a related field is required.
- Good interpersonal skills, energy, high responsibility, and diligence.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Independent and time management skills are also needed.
