To support our mission, mClinica is hiring for an HR Recruitment Internship. We are looking for a highly ambitious, dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At mClinica, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded significantly.

**Your Role**:

- In charge of arranging recruitment in Indonesia.
- Work closely with **HR Recruiter Team** to ensure hiring requirements are met.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and conduct an initial screening.
- Schedule interviews with the recruiter in charge and hiring managers.
- General administration duties.

**Your Qualification**:

- Third year or final year student in Psychology or any related field.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa is required.
- Having basic recruitment knowledge.
- Having HR or related certification is preferred.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented and analytical thinker.
- Can do at least 3 months internship & join immediately.
