- Develops and oversees financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for the Food and Beverage departments.
- Maintains effective cost management for kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Uses budgets to comprehend financial goals.
- Supervises and manages staff, handling all daily operations.
- Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service activities.
- Provides proactive coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitors and ensures employee productivity levels are maintained.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Ensures all staff, team leaders, and managers align with the brand's service culture.
- Resolves guest complaints/issues or ensures they are addressed by the appropriate manager or staff member.
- Ensures all banquet functions meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Manages daily operations, ensuring quality and standards meet customer expectations.- Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional field
- Adaptability to contribute within a highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
- Proficient in English both verbal & written
