**General Accounting (Fixed-Term role)**

We are looking for a General Accounting staff for a fixed-term role to support our accounting team in essential financial tasks. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate with a background in accounting or finance who is eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting. You will work under the guidance of accountants, assisting with day-to-day financial operations, and playing a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation, posting, and reconciliation of accounting entries.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage data entry for accounts receivable/payable transactions.
- Help prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other documentation as needed.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform data validation and assist in financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Good command of English communication
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals.
