Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Full responsibility for sales performance and growth within the industry business sectors (Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pulp and Paper).
- Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipeline.
- Lead sales activities and develop new business opportunities within the industry sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts customer, industry stakeholders (End Users, OEM, SI, EPC ), and Partners
- Work closely with regional heavy industry team to deliver solutions to clients.
- Drive strategic initiatives, achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on Danfoss Drives' solutions.
**Background & Skills**-
- Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering
- **Strong background and experience in Industry such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pulp and Paper.**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a front-end sales role.
- Experience in Channel Partner Development within Industry Segment.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
- Must be self-driven, have a hunter mindset, Aggressive, Self Motivated Nature, and hungry for success
