You would support all of our businesses within our function departments. - Maintain and improve Company Work Standards in the Big Area Projects (Mining/Oil & Gas/Station > 1 Billion per year). Appropriate work standards, Work contract, According to Safety Requests, and According to Rentokil Standards. - Support customer retention project by helping to increase the number Big Project consumers from year to year. - Improving the quality of company services, so that it is facilitated in the process of tender/recommended/even directly appointed. - Maintain and control the work quality of the Fast Response Team/Specialist Team. - Performing quality control, population testing, pest identification, problem-solving, and supervision of the client/project. Mastering standard performance in Big Project/T-Req - Assist or accompany HSE audits and performance audits in Big Projects, as well - Responsible for passing the system audit. - Able to solve problems that arise both technical and non-technical technical (community environment) **Requirements**: - Have entomology certification or have a basis in Pests and Plant Diseases. - Experienced in the field of safety (OSHAS, EMAS, & Prima Nurbaya) and system audit in Mining, Oil and Gas. - Mastering Unik Services, implementing it, and teaching it to the project team - Able to communicate well (Indonesian and English) - Have the ability to analyze problems, solve problems and represent it well - Likes traveling to inland and offshore areas - Have good managerial skills **Benefits**: - Basic Salary - Allowance - Incentive - Career path
