**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Order Processing**: Accurately input customer orders, process payments, and coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, handle any concerns or returns, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance; prepare reports for management as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven track record in sales, with 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality industry/restaurant).
- **Skills**:
- Fluent in English.
- Must have own motorbike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
- **Certifications (optional)**: Sales certifications or relevant training may be advantageous.
