- Menggunakan pengetahuan mendalam tentang bahan mentah dan memiliki sensitivitas terhadap rasa dan aroma untuk menciptakan produk berkualitas tinggi.
- Menganalisis biaya dari setiap produk yang dikembangkan untuk memastikan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dengan anggaran.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim R&D serta departemen lain dan mampu bekerja sesuai timeline agar produk siap diluncurkan.
- Memberikan pelatihan kepada tim mengenai produk baru yang akan diluncurkan.
- Mengelola sistem inventarisasi bahan, memastikan penggunaan dan pengadaan bahan yang efisien.
- Menerima serta mengembangkan ide dari anggota tim dan sumber eksternal untuk terus menciptakan inovasi dalam menu.
- Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan mínimal D3 Tata Boga / Culinary Arts atau sejenisnya.
- Pengalaman mínimal 5 tahun sebagai Chef dalam tim R&D.
- Memiliki kreativitas dalam memasak dan menciptakan menu baru yang sesuai dengan target market atau permintaan dari user.
- Memiliki pengetahuan raw material yang ingin di gunakan serta memiliki Sensitivitas terhadap rasa (peka terhadap rasa dan bau/aroma) dalam suatu produk.
- Senang mengikuti trend food and beverage baik di dalam maupun luar negeri sehingga dapat menciptakan inovasi menu (ide).
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dari cost dari produk yang diciptakan
- Dapat berkerjasama dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan Tim dan antar departemen.
- Dapat bekerja dengan timeline dan bertanggung jawab sampai produk siap diluncurkan.
- Terbiasa berkerja dengan system inventory.
- Dapat menerima input atau Ide dari tim terkait ataupun dari sumber lain.
