**About work**仕事内容について**:
Develop a sales plan in the form of a sales plan
Serving client transactions from start to finish
Make proposals and make offers in accordance with sales targets that have been determined by the company
Carry out Customer Relationship activities in the form of personal communication with potential clients every day
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the Branch’s objectives
Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel
Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
Provide input ideas for the Business Development team in product development and promotion strategies
