Hi This is the team of **Algorithmics school** For over 7 years we have been developing education in the children's segment but around the world. One of our main goals is to help children find themselves in digital and IT spheres. **"Algorithmics" is among the top largest EdTech companies** in Europe, we are growing intensively from year to year and have no plans to stop. This year we start our project in Indonesia. Due to the expansion of the team, we are now in search of a **Branch manager** with English ready to help children and teenagers find something to do in the IT world. **What you will do**: - Common branch management (personnel, sales, marketing, business processes, service quality) - Branch development according to the growth plan - Management of financial and economic activities of the branch - Planning and reporting on the Company's activities - Fulfilment of the Company's key performance indicators (quantitative, qualitative) **Our expectations**: - Experience of 2 years or more in managing a Company / branch / own project. - **English B2**: - Successful experience in sales or marketing management from 1 year. - Ability to effectively build, manage, train, develop, motivate and develop a team. - Knowledge and understanding of the main aspects of running a business (management, finance, marketing/sales, HRM). **Conditions**: - Average monthly income: from 800 US Dollars (salary + %). - Paid training and personal mentor during the work. - Work with a schedule of 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00. - Development of competencies and the opportunity for career growth in the company. - A friendly team of like-minded people, we will work together to develop the best ed-tech product and influence the quality of education around the world.
