**What You’ll Get**:

- Internship Allowance: IDR 1,000,000/month
- Real, hands-on experience working on impactful projects
- Opportunity for a full-time position after internship completion
- Exposure to various creative tasks — from video editing and design to social media content creation
- Hybrid work setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after the first month
- Full on-site schedule during the first month for onboarding and team collaboration

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the creative, copywriting, and advertising teams to produce engaging video content
- Manage video assets — from raw footage to polished final edits
- Ensure all visual materials align with brand identity and campaign goals
- Support multiple video projects simultaneously and assist other teams when needed
- Commit to a full on-site schedule in North Jakarta during the first month, followed by a 3-month hybrid internship (upon agreement)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Recent graduates (SMA/SMK or University), preferably majoring in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film & TV, or related fields
- Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, or VN)
- Familiar with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling video content
- Capable of producing up to 3 edited videos per day
- Creative, proactive, and always eager to learn and grow
- Willing to work on-site in North Jakarta (5 days a week during the first month)
- Fully committed to the internship — not engaged in other freelance or side projects in similar fields
