**Job Desc**:

- Daily Visit Mex/agent mínimal 30 visit per day
- Acquisition + Transaction 10 per Day (Individual USM Target) based on T&C
- Acquisition + Transaction 25 per Day (Team City Target) based on T&C
- Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
- Update Competitor activity and price market
- Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue and GMV
- Daily report to leader about the day activity area
- Growth Agent active Revenue and GMV area focus
- Lead the team under Area Focus to be achieving performance by KPI and target
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly report to Manager
- Create local program to push transaction or GMV on area focus
