Greet and welcome guests in a polite and welcoming manner
- Responsible for check-in and check-out processes
- Monitor office supplies in the Front Office
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Facilitates correspondence with guests
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated according to operational needs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of SMA/SMK graduate
- Conversational English is a MUST
- Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest and disciplined
- Familiar with Rhapsody Realta system

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
