**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and personalized educational plans to students and parents - including their visas
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and learning methodologies
- Collaborate with educators and institutions to implement innovative academic programs
- Answer online and offline client requests
- Doing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industry
- Enhancing social media promotion and marketing strategy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree, with min. 1 year of experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships
- A solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, tactics, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategies
- Experience in international marketing or working with diverse teams is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervised
- A fast learner with good attention to details, good at teamwork, and research-oriented
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya

- How long is the contract? 2 years with additional 3 months of probation
- Is training provided? Yes. We will train you on the job for approximately 3 months thus you have to give your commitment to the training

- What is the job prospect? After 1 year there will be an evaluation of performance, where you are eligible for a salary to raise up once you meet the company's performance matrix. Options of a move up the organizational ladder are also open for you
- What are the working hours? Our office hours are from 8 a.m to 5 p.m on Mon to Fri with 1 hour of lunch break.
