Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Educational Consultant, based in Surabaya. The Educational Consultant will assist students and their families in navigating the process of studying abroad, from selecting appropriate study destinations and institutions to managing university applications, visa processes, and accommodation arrangements. The role also involves providing personalized guidance through face-to-face consultations, delivering assistance related to English test preparation, and addressing any queries to ensure a smooth academic transition for students.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
  • Expertise in Consulting and proficiency in offering tailored advice based on individual needs
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust and relationships with students and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in an office setting
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required
  • Familiarity with international education systems and application processes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
