Lead and manage the product development team to work efficiently.
Able to provide input and directions for team members to optimize their performance.
Oversee the product development progress and make sure that the product meets the given requirements.
Ensure that the company's product is developed within the timeline and meets the quality, functionality, and usability standards.
Provide strategic guidance in planning and executing product development and issues resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in Indonesia and those at the headquarters, to ensure that the entire product development is aligned with the business objectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles. Experienced in working for a company that focused on developing its own products would be a plus.
The maximum age is 39 years old.
Have a strong technical background and understanding in product development and its lifecycle.
Proficient in at least 2 common programming languages.
Willing to work from office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan, and travel to Germany on a regular basis.
Have strong leadership skills, proficient in people and product management.
Have strong strategical, analytical, and logical thinking.
Proficient in both written and spoken English is a must. Able to understand or speak German would be a plus.
