**Sales Support Specialist**:

- Follow up with sales leads provided by the sales team and maintain consistent communication with potential and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering solutions, and guiding them through the entire sales process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quotes, proposals, and project updates to customers

**Job Requirements**:
