Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Tanjung Priok. The Sales Support Data Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, assisting in sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, supporting the sales team with data insights, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to effectively handle inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Proficient Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and communicate data and solutions clearly
  • Knowledge of Sales Operations processes and support tasks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant data management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
  • Experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus
