**Job Summary**:

- Work with the Corporate to develop sustainability strategy for IFFCO Group, with focus on palm oil commodity, in order to realize the Vision and support trade and commercial business of the Group
- Communicate on progress towards achievement of the sustainability goals related to Palm Oil.
- Represent IFFCO Group in sustainability discussion with key stakeholders that includes but not limited to customers, suppliers, NGOs, government and sustainability/developmental/international organizations

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop time-bound action plan, review process and procedure, provide advice and direction, execute coordination, and ensure implementation of the sustainability policy and strategy by all relevant Business Units as well as JV companies
- Assist Business Units in matters related to sustainability implementation/requirement
- Conduct sustainability risks assessment
- Collect, compile and report on progress towards achievement of the sustainability goals
- Communicate and update sustainability progress on IFFCO website and other fora
- Meet the sustainability requirements by the current and/or potential customers
- Maintain good relationship and communication with key stakeholders
- Attend to grievances addressed to IFFCO/JV suppliers and facilitate resolution to the allegations, maintain and update grievances log on IFFCO website
- Attend to the various reports, surveys and questionnaires required by customers and other organizations
- Represent IFFCO Group in sustainability forum and meetings
- Explore and develop sustainability program in partnership with other stakeholders and evaluate its effectiveness
- Prepare sustainability updates to be presented to the Top Management

**KPIs**:

- Group palm sustainability policy.
- Committed palm sustainability goals' achivement.
- Timely update on progress of palm sustainability for all communication channels.
- Customer scorecards
- Surveys and questionnaires related to environmental performance score improvement.
- timely Palm-related grievances resolution.

**Work experience requirement**:
Min of 10 year in sustainability position in palm oil industry.

**Qualification**:
University Graduates in Environment Science or Sustainable Development or relevant discipline
