**What We’re Looking For?**

**Experience**
- At least **6 years** in a Java development role.

**Technical Skills**
- Strong command over **Spring Boot framework** and **Java**.
- Alongside experience with **MongoDB**and **microservices architecture**.

**Performance & Collaboration**
- **Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written is mandatory**.
