About the role

As a Site Engineer at PT. Grinviro Biotekno Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of complex construction projects. This full-time position is based in West Java, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's strategic initiatives and growth. What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  2. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of project milestones
  3. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress, and identify potential risks or challenges
  4. Maintain detailed records of project activities, including progress reports, material usage, and cost control
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively
  6. Participate in the development and implementation of project management tools, processes, and best practices
  7. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the broader project team to ensure transparency and alignment

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction project management role
  3. Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  4. Proficient in project management software, such as AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, and Revit
  5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  7. Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
  8. Willing place in West Java and North Sumatra.
