Meinhardt Indonesia is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in engineering and project management for complex, high-value developments. We are seeking a Site Supervisor (MEP) who combines strong technical expertise with practical field leadership.

Your Role

  • Supervise all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire system works on-site to ensure alignment with the consultant engineers' design intent.
  • Verify and coordinate shop drawings, installations, and as-built conditions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve design or installation discrepancies between office drawings and site execution.
  • Ensure that all MEP works comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain smooth project progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision for construction or consultancy projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP, especially plumbing, fire protection systems, and related design principles.
  • Ability to interpret MEP drawings and translate them into effective on-site implementation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
