**Role Overview**
- Pluang is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department by managing and streamlining various administrative tasks. Your focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations, particularly in handling documentation, records management, and other administrative duties that are vital to the efficiency of our HR processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support:_- Provide administrative assistance to enhance efficiency, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.- Develop and implement office policies to improve productivity.
- Facility Management:_- Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Assess facility needs and recommend improvements for a better working environment.
- Procurement and Vendor Management:_- Lead procurement of general supplies & maintenance by identifying needs, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with vendors.- Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality service.
- Human Resources Support:_- Work with HR to improve employee engagement and manage onboarding processes.- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management regarding policies and benefits.
- Project Management:_- Lead some GA functions and make sure the operations run smoothly- Manage multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and align with company goals.- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Data Management and Reporting:_- Keep accurate records of general affairs activities to comply with legal requirements.- Analyze data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in administration or general affairs.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferred Skills:_
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or google sheets- Experience in facilities management, or HR administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
