Requirement
- _Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field._
- _Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, or IT support._
- _Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle processes and IT service management frameworks._
- _Experience in IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, and inventory control._
- _Familiarity with hardware assets (laptops, servers, peripherals), software licenses, and network devices._
- _Exposure to cloud services and virtualization platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V) from a licensing/asset tracking perspective._
- _Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM/ITIL) is a plus._
- _Strong organizational and documentation skills._
- _Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Infra, Security, and non PS teams._

Job Responsibilities
- _Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware, software, licenses, and network equipment)._
- _Oversee rollout, deployment, movement, and dismantling of IT assets._
- _Establish and maintain business processes for internal IT services, ensuring efficiency and compliance._
- _Track virtualization environments, cloud subscriptions, and networking devices as part of the asset portfolio._
- _Collaborate with IT Security, Infra, and DevOps to ensure assets are secure, compliant, and optimized._
- _Handle planning, procurement, rollout, installation, maintenance, redeployment, and decommissioning of IT assets._
- _Define and improve business processes for internal IT services (hardware provisioning, network setup, software access, and related support)._
- _Maintain a centralized IT asset database, covering physical assets, licenses, cloud subscriptions, and virtualized environments._
- _Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure assets align with licensing, security, and administrative standards._
- _Provide reports and insights on asset utilization, costs, and optimization opportunities to management._
- _Develop and maintain SOPs for IT Asset Management covering asset usage and maintenance standards._
- _Track and manage network infrastructure assets (switches, routers, firewalls, APs) as part of the asset portfolio._
- _Monitor and maintain records of cloud service usage, licenses, and subscriptions to ensure cost efficiency and compliance._
- _Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding to assign and recover equipment on time._
- _Train and guide employees on IT asset usage policies and best practices._
