One of our client’s, a Victoria-based educational institution, offering high-quality vocational training programs for both domestic and international students, with a strong focus on academic excellence and practical skills, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in marketing or sales roles, preferably in the education or vocational training sector.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to RTO (Registered Training Organisation) and CRICOS marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural environments and with individuals from non-English speaking backgrounds.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute effective marketing and sales campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture existing relationships with local and international education agents and partner organisations.
- Identify and engage new agents and strategic partners to support enrollment growth.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of marketing and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with global marketing strategies and organisational objectives.
- Participate in marketing meetings, events, or presentations to represent the institution.
