Position Overview

The Head of Finance plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all financial operations within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities
- Key tasks: Manage finance Ops regionally, consolidate at group level. Timely monthly consolidation. FP&A.
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting operations functions of the organization, regionally.- Oversee month-end close, including preparation of financials, reconciliation of bank accounts, and reclasses to the general ledger.-
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the group headquarter on a timely basis.-
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.-
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.-
- Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure that effective internal controls are in place.-
- Manage and comply with local and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.-
- Manage audits of the business for the purpose of guaranteeing accuracy in reporting.-
- Ad-Hoc Financial analysis required by local directors or group headquarter.-
- Optimise the use of Systems to improve efficiency and information.-
- Cash flow management.-
- Debt management and collection.-
- Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and recommendations to shape the company's sales strategy.

Competencies and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounts, Finance or related field.- Professional qualification (ACCA,CPA,MICPA etc) is preferred.-
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience, with 5 years within managerial role.-
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage)-
- Ability to work independently, and possess organizational and time management skills.-
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.-
- Possess great leadership skills.-
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience in the Edutech or related industries is highly desirable.
