Searching for and listing new suppliers to expand the material supply network according to acquisition needs and material targets.
- Approaching and surveying potential partners.
- Ensuring the new partner acquisition process is in accordance with the target.
- Negotiating prices with partners to get the best price.
- Maintaining good relationships with each partner who is their responsibility to support the sustainability of cooperation.
- Ensuring the quality of the purchased material is in accordance with the standards and agreements set by the production team.
- Monitoring the smooth movement of materials at partners to prevent bottlenecks.
- in the production process.
- Managing and recording data needed by partners and projects, both related to production and transactions.
- Managing deposit funds for partners who need financial support according to applicable procedures.
- Selling materials to offtakers by negotiating to achieve the best price.
- Conducting education/training sessions for partners as needed.
- Mapping and establishing good relations with offtakers.
- Developing strategies and problem solving in partner and offtaker acquisition activities.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related majors.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in related fields.
- Have 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or logistics positions.
- Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Located in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
