**Job Deskripsi**
- Monitor the Company's Record Management System (“RMS”) implementation.
- Supervise the implementation of RMS working team and or partner at the XL Office and XLCenter.
- Create or review SOP/Business Process for managing records at XL Axiata.
- Coordinate with related units at XL Axiata, archive management vendors, and other parties related to RMS.
- Supervise/monitor the implementation of agreements between XL Axiata and archive management vendors including SLA implementation.
- Create reports and evaluate the implementation of the RMS on a regular basis.
- Evaluate and check the implementation of the work of the RMS working team.
- Identification of business process areas in RMS and the improvement.
- Improve RMS processes digitally, manually and physically.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations related to archiving and document storage.
- Proficient in archive management and corporate office administration.
- Familiar with the process of digitizing document archives.
- Skilled in developing an Archive Retention Schedule (JRA).
- Understanding of ISO standards, particularly those related to archiving.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- At least 1 year of experience in archive management.
