Overview:
**COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER MANAGER**

**What can you expect**

The role is responsible to lead and drive Commercial control governance of the Indonesia COSO for all Channel MT/TT and managed Trade promotion. This role will also support Commercial Control function and partnering with Commercial and marketing team for full commercial plan and controls, covering key account management including trade promotion.

**Responsibilities**:
**We will count on you to**:

- Effectively drives the Control agenda for entire Commercial Finance by providing timely, accurate and effective information including actual Brand profitability, accounts receivable and collection, KPI’s and various analysis focused towards commercial related.
- Lead Discounts and Allowances (D&A) agenda for all channels
- Custodian of company policies and procedures, performing the role of financial steward by maintaining a strong control environment, providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to key stakeholders on actual results of top line from Sales, D&A and Net Revenue.
- Timely reporting to perform month end closing related to Sales and D&A details Balance Sheet Reviews for financials
- Enhancing proportionate ownership for all key processes of commercial and also ensures sustained execution of key controls. Supporting Controller and Internal Control Manager in effective Risk Assessment workshops and robust key control testing and remediation of failures
- Primary liaison for communication and updates or resolution of key accounting, reporting and control issues between MU and Commercial, marketing team (Key account, Sales, distributor both MT and TT Channels)
- Coordinate with SCommercial team to prepare recons revenue and ensure balances reflected are correct. (Revenue, DSO, AR collection, D&A alignment)
- Supporting SAP implemention (Brand PnL, commercial management and discount and allowance management)

Qualifications:
**What you need to have?**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, CA or CPA qualification; statutory accounting experience preferred.
- At least 5 years post qualification experience of which at least 2 years should be in Commercial Controller position with experience of managing a team of minimum 3 staff or more accounting and management roles.

- MNC, FMCG experience is a must
- Good knowledge of local GAAP accounting
- Computer literacy e.g. SAP, Concur, Blackline,
- Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities.
- Ability to establish clear responsibilities for action against clear priorities.
- Perseverance and resilience in the pursuit of goals in confronting situations.
