**T Communication Professional focused on Asia Pacific IT Communication of Siemens Healthineers.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- As a part of the IT team, you ensure communication within the Asia Pacific IT organization as a reliable partner.
- You help in the development of communication plans and their execution in close alignment with all involved stakeholders.
- You will create high-quality content including newsletter, articles, internal notification, social media posts, etc.
- You will plan, manage, and execute events in the IT organization - like country wide “Digital Days” and other related events.
- You will manage relationships with key external partners such as vendors to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- You will maintain website pages/ tools related to internal publication and event marketing.
**Your qualifications and experiences**:
- You hold a successfully completed bachelor’s degree in Journalism/ PR/ Communications/ Media industries or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role required.
- Proven track record in developing successful communications programs.
- Excellent English writing/ editing skills required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities necessary.
- Ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Your attributes and skills**:
- With your excellent interpersonal and very good communication skills in English (spoken and written), you can easily move in the global environment of our company. Second language (Japanese, Korean, etc.) will be an added advantage as to liaise with multilingual speak colleagues.
