The Senior SEM Specialist will play a vital role in the company, you will be the in-house digital expert, leading and championing digital campaigns across all most common channels. In this role, you will be responsible for running our Lamudi brand campaigns as well as our client marketing campaigns.

**What a day at work for you will look like**:

- You will execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- You will track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- You will manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- You will optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- You will perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (BI, Ops, Creative) to ensure a successful performance marketing result

**Is this you?**:

- 3-5 years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns in Google Ads
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Strong analytical skills which includes proficient in Ms Excel, Google Sheet, Google Analytics and able to conduct A/B testings, analyze campaign performance and drive conclusions to improve the campaign performance
- Growth mindset: Have the hunger to always improving to overcome challenges and have strong sense of ownership and operational rigor
- Excellent time-management skills: Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
- You command the English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- You get excited with big targets and find ways to achieve it
