We are seeking the The Collection Team Leader working with us Let’s build the next unicorn company. **Job brief**: Now we don't have a team that is specialized in collection. Collection Team Leader has responsibility for building collection team from scratch and leading your team. **Why you work at movus?** **Huge and social meaningful market** Automotive industry is huge market and we can change people’s lives if customers who have not used a car can own by our service. You can work with talented and highly motivated members in global environment. **Responsibilities**: - Build collection team from scratch as a section leader - Make and improve a good process for collection with operation team and product team - Keep our asset and good repayment - Collect installment from our customers (desk collection) - Visit a customer house and collect installment and a car (field collection) **Requirements**: - Strong vision of building a new product and company from scratch in order to change the world - Able to work under pressure and target - Strong sympathy for the company mission - Strong commitment for the result and ownership - Fluent English skill - 3 years+ experience as Field Collector - 1 years+ experience as Team Leader in Collection Division - Good communication and negotiation skill - Have SIM & Can drive car & motorcycle - Have SPPI certification will be a plus point **Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month **Experience**: - Field Collection in automotive filed: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred)
