Sales Associate

Sales Associate (Indonesia) will be working closely with the Business Development Director APAC to grow the new customer base, as well as manage existing clients in Indonesia. This is an individual contributor role, focusing specifically on the Indonesia market.

In the process, you will be gathering potential customer requirements, market trends and local industry news that will need to be shared with internal stakeholders to develop a localised strategy for Indonesia.

**Sales Associate (Indonesia) will be reporting to the Business Development Director, APAC.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuous new client acquisitions to achieve and exceed established sales performance targets for Indonesia market
- Ensure continuous renewal of the contract from the existing Indonesian clients by delivering quantifiable value throughout the customer journey
- Conduct appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Effectively build, manage, and close sales pipeline whilst ensuring that all progress is recorded in the CRM
- Through prospect interactions, identify market expansion opportunities, and devise potential plans and strategies to capture the opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5+ years experience as an accomplished B2B SaaS/tech sales professional
- Ability to quickly learn and grasp the technicalities of wallet infrastructure & custody
- Able to think creatively to cater to different prospect requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident, direct and concise communication and presentation skills
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a must
- Experience in blockchain wallet infrastructure/custody and/or cryptocurrency is not mandatory but will be preferred
