We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers while assisting them in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Showcase a deep knowledge of our jewelry collection, including materials, stones, and designs.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces for various occasions such as engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, and more.
- Provide information about jewelry care, maintenance, and customization options.
- Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each piece to encourage sales.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that jewelry is properly showcased.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and brand values.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a knack for building relationships.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle delicate and valuable items with care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
