As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for delivering outstanding service through warm greetings, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and prompt assistance throughout the guest’s stay. You play a critical role in creating a memorable guest experience that reflects the high standards of our hotel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage guest reservations, both walk-ins and pre-booked
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel policies
- Follow hotel standard operating procedures and brand standards
**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is highly advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles is strongly preferred
- Recent graduates with substantive internship experience in Front Office operations will be considered
**Required Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities and advanced problem-solving skills
- Proven capacity to excel in fast-paced environments and efficiently manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or equivalent, is required
- Impeccable professional appearance and consistently positive demeanor are crucial
- Experience as a Night Auditor is highly valued
