**What will you be doing at Pluang**?
- The role is reporting directly to AVP Loyalty Brand & Marketing where you’ll be tasked with branding, launching & marketing for our exclusive loyalty program targeting upper-crust customers with high net worth & AUM (asset under management) at Pluang, not limited to - including liaising with Branding & Rewards Provider agencies and coming up with creative, one-of-a-kind reward experiences while making a huge noise about it too
You are not only expected to support your manager on a strategic level, but also help to execute smoothly with very minimum glitch.
- Assisting to manage the entire spectrum of Pluang Loyalty Program from branding, in-app experience, product & reward offers, marketing communications (incl. PR & event activations) involving multiple stakeholders
- This person will become an excellent executor on creative, one-of-a-kind experiences within the allotted budget i.e. exclusive collab, event engagements, etc.
- Become the go-to person through various stages from development, testing to final roll-out liaising with Product
- This person must be well versed in marketing media mix utilization (both paid & organic)
- This person must continuously be in grasp with market trends & opportunities in order to innovate
- This person must be able to monitor how the program members respond to the program, how the program has contributed to overall company NPS
- This person will be in very close contact with both the Branding & Rewards Provider agencies
- This person will be in close liaison with Pluang Growth team to devise marketing programs to highlights special rewards for Step-Up campaigns
- Maintain the program project list to effectively oversee, execute & track the status updates for all ongoing & upcoming campaigns together with Campaign Project & Creative Manager
**Qualifications**
- Min 4 years as assistant brand/marketing manager, strategic planner or consumer loyalty sphere
- A strong multi-tasker with can-do attitude & penchant for attention to details
- Understand brand building and have an experience to build a brand / brand positioning from scratch
- Well verse in the push-pull tug with the agencies
- Prior experience in dealing with Banking & Credit Card Priority & Rewards programs will be an advantage
- Must be comfortable to influence high-level management (including founders)
- Must be self-motivated, self-starter, have a sense of urgency & extremely well-organized
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative multi-department team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines in a somewhat volatile environment
