**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts with precision and creativity
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices in compliance with regulations
- Manage ingredient inventory and oversee baking processes to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes
- Train and mentor junior baking staff to enhance overall kitchen performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced** and **team-oriented** environment
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work **early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
