Social Media Executive

**About the Role**

As social media executive Gojek Merchant, you will be responsible to maintain Gojek merchant’s social media assets.
- You will be reporting directly to Gojek Merchant social media manager and collaborating with creative team, brand team, product marketing team, other stakeholders in order to achieve our goals.

**What You Will Do**:

- Content creation (ideation, copy creation, execution, delivering brief to other teams)
- Design and translate social media campaigns to strong social media content/activity
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate social media performance
- Identify brand’s KOL and able to coordinate with directly or with the help from third parties
- Keep up with social media trend and able to translate it to support in achieving business objectives

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 1-year experience as social media executive or similar role
- Experience in using social media for brand awareness and engagement
- Have deep understanding of how to utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc)
- Accustomed to critical thinking, being a team player, also have problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Gojek Merchant Social media is a team of 5 people that are responsible for maintaining all Gojek Merchant social media assets such as GoBiz, GoFood Partners, GoPay Partners, GoStore, Moka, Midtrans, Selly. Our goal is to give the best experience for our mechants through social media platforms. We welcome creative problem solvers who like to explore and experiment with mix methodologies to tackle business problems.
