**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media**
- Implement effective social media strategies to boost LNS’s online visibility and engagement.
- To plan, propose and execute new Marketing contents for Group LNS (Malaysia & Indonesia).
- To analyse and propose ideas or strategy to increase LNS Website page views and followers of Social Media pages.
- Manage multi-platform campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google SEO and others.
- To study and understands market trends & competitors’ directions and to ensure all Marketing contents planned are abreast to market needs and change.
- Compile promotions, activities, events and campaigns details from Group LNS for Website and Social Media pages.
- Arrangement for webinars and events

**Administrative Duties**
- To prepare weekly Social Media report.
- Monitor and compile press coverage of the LNS and competitors.
- To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all Social Media materials.
- Proper documentations of Social Media and Public Relations.
- To continuously contribute ideas for Events, Campaigns and Public Relations via brainstorming and creative thinking.
- Perform and execute any other duties assigned that may be deemed appropriate to this role.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Public Relations or Marketing or Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum Two (2) years of related work experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to engage and build communities.
- Fluency with core Social Media platforms with an understanding of the latest Social Media trends and strategies.
- Experience in using Adobe Illustrators is an advantage
