- Work closely with the CFO for the overall financial plans, policies, standards, and practice, enabling all information to make timely and well-informed decisions for the company.
- Manage the financial performance by developing forecasts and monitoring ongoing performance against plan. Fiduciary responsibility for the financial health of the organization
- Ensure the timely preparation of robust business cases from a financial and performance perspective, testing the underlying assumptions and quality assuring the cost, benefits, risks, and funding solutions.
- Analyze, interpret and communicate financial and performance data, provide financial advice. Influence decision-making where appropriate to achieve budget, targets, and strategies.
- To lead on any project or program as agreed by CFO including operations as needed.

**Requirement**

Key Requirements:

- Post Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred;
- Possesses a professional certification in Finance and or Accounting;
- Preferably having a minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in a multinational company or Big 4 consulting firm;
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent self-starter with a penchant for problem-solving with a structured and hands-on approach scoping and crafting detailed solutions to these problems
