A natural body care brand looking for Sales & Marketing manager to manage both offline and online sales initiatives.

Location: Shops in Pecatu dan Ubud, BALI.
- Developing stores sales strategies to raise customers' pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring that each shop is well-stocked by maintaining product inventory in each shop.
- Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Overseeing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Leading the team in maintaining outstanding store condition, visual merchandising and customer service standards.
- Manage company's social media accounts & e-commerce channels.
- Strategy, plan, create, and execute engaging daily content for social media.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase store profitability by developing promotional material, business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Developing weekly and monthly sales reports from different offline sales channels, including shops, wholesalers, consignment stores, and resellers.
- Having experience of a minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role. Experience as a store manager in retail industry or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Good communication in English.
- High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.
- Have a creative knack and eyes for details.
- Experience in visual merchandising is a major plus.
