Kopi Kenangan established in 2017; currently we have close to 900 retail outlets across Indonesia and we are the first SEA F&B Unicorn since 2022.

We are looking for a **HR Data Analyst Intern** to support our People team in managing data-driven initiatives. This internship is ideal for university students who are passionate about HR analytics and have strong Excel and project management skills.

You will work closely with HR professionals and multiple stakeholders to collect, analyze, and visualize data, as well as help manage the progress of ongoing HR projects such as performance management, Objective Key Result (OKR) management, compensation-banafit data calculation, and so on.
- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree** in any field on final-year or those in their **3rd/4th year** preferred.
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, data cleaning).
- Understanding of HR concepts is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., **Power BI**, **Tableau**) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks or projects under mínimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Role**:

- Support data collection and validation for HR reports (e.g., headcount).
- Track and help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and reporting for HR-related projects.
- Assist in documenting project updates, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
